Mon-Ami will handle objections and consent for electronic direct marketing in accordance with POPIA.

The Services are not directed to children.
Mon-Ami does not knowingly collect personal information from a child without the authorisation or other lawful basis required by POPIA.
A parent or guardian who believes that a child has provided personal information may contact Mon-Ami.
